How do you handle AI and the EU AI Act?
Our chatter team is 100% human. The EU AI Act takes effect August 2, 2026 and requires that fans be told when they are talking to an AI rather than a real person; a US class action against another major operator over undisclosed AI chatters is currently moving forward. Any AI assistance we ever introduce will be disclosed to fans. This protects you from regulatory and litigation risk that the standard 50% structure does not.
