1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using rhodit.com (the "Site"), submitting an introduction or application form, communicating with us, or receiving creator operations services from Rhodit, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use, including any policies incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms"), and our Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Notice, you must not access or use the Site or our services.

You consent to entering these Terms electronically and to the storage of records relating to these Terms in electronic form.

2. About Rhodit and Our Services

Rhodit Media LLC operates rhodit.com and provides professional operating services for adult content creators ("Creators"). Our services may include, where agreed in writing:

• platform account operations and posting cadence;
• human messaging and sales operations in the creator's voice;
• analytics, reporting, and revenue intelligence;
• banking coordination, payout administration, and financial reconciliation;
• compliance support, DMCA coordination, and operational back-office functions; and
• onboarding, training, and account management by designated Rhodit personnel.

Rhodit is an operating company, not a content platform. We do not host public fan-facing content on rhodit.com. Fan relationships, platform terms, and content distribution occur on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans) governed by those platforms' own terms and policies.

References on the Site to economics, processes, or operating standards are illustrative. Binding scope and commercial terms are defined only in a written agreement signed by you and Rhodit.

3. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the Site or receive our services, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms.

By using the Site or our services, you represent that:

• you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented material and creator-platform services in your jurisdiction;
• any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete; and
• you meet any additional eligibility requirements we or a third-party platform may impose during onboarding or verification.

We may require identity and age verification before onboarding or continuing services. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in refusal or termination of services.

4. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may amend these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last modified" date above. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by email or through your Rhodit contact.

Unless we specify otherwise, changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and notify us if you wish to terminate services in accordance with your operating agreement.

5. Access to the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal evaluation of Rhodit and to submit enquiries or applications, subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to withdraw, restrict, or amend access to the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Where we handle personal data in connection with the Site, we do so in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Your right to access the Site terminates immediately if you breach these Terms.

Site content and accuracy

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or business advice on which you should rely without independent professional counsel. We use reasonable efforts to keep information current but make no warranty that Site content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Security

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or attack the Site via denial-of-service or similar methods. You are responsible for configuring your own devices and network access.

6. Creator Operations Services

Creator operations services are provided only after Rhodit accepts you as a client and you execute a written operating or management agreement ("Operating Agreement"). The Operating Agreement defines scope, compensation, term, confidentiality, and any service-level commitments.

These Terms apply to all clients and supplement the Operating Agreement. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and your Operating Agreement regarding commercial or operational matters, the Operating Agreement prevails.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• creator platform accounts remain registered in your legal name;
• you retain ownership of your content, fan relationships, and platform data;
• Rhodit personnel access accounts only to perform authorised services, under access controls and audit logging;
• messaging operations are performed by human operators trained on your voice, without undisclosed automated impersonation of you in fan conversations; and
• upon exit, we will cooperate in a reasonable handover of operational context, subject to platform and legal constraints.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• all content you create, upload, or authorize for publication on any platform;
• compliance with applicable laws, including age-verification, record-keeping, and taxation obligations (including, where applicable, requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations);
• compliance with each third-party platform's terms, community standards, and payment policies;
• obtaining all necessary rights, model releases, and consents for every individual appearing in your content;
• ensuring that every individual depicted in your content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production and that required records are maintained;
• the accuracy of information you provide during application, onboarding, and ongoing operations; and
• your interactions with fans and third parties, except to the extent Rhodit expressly assumes operational responsibility under your Operating Agreement.

You represent and warrant that your content and conduct do not infringe any third-party rights and do not violate applicable law, including prohibitions on child sexual abuse material, non-consensual content, trafficking, fraud, or other illegal activity.

8. Content Standards

You must not provide, request, or authorize Rhodit to handle content or conduct that:

• depicts or involves minors, or persons who cannot lawfully consent;
• is non-consensual, coerced, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• promotes illegal activity, violence, harassment, or hate directed at protected classes;
• violates platform policy or payment-network rules; or
• could reasonably expose Rhodit, you, or third parties to legal or regulatory liability.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or discontinue work on any content or activity that we reasonably believe violates these standards, platform rules, or law, and to report apparent illegal content to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

9. Accounts, Credentials, and Access

Many creator platforms permit only a single active login. Where you authorize Rhodit to operate your account, you provide credentials or access mechanisms necessary for us to perform agreed services. You agree to:

• provide credentials through secure channels we designate;
• notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security incident;
• not share Rhodit internal systems, dashboards, or confidential materials with unauthorised persons; and
• cooperate in credential rotation or access reviews when requested for security or compliance reasons.

Rhodit stores and uses access credentials under technical and organisational safeguards described in our Privacy Notice. You remain responsible for activity on your platform account except where caused by Rhodit's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

If you apply through our Site but are not accepted as a client, any account you create on the Site (if applicable) may be deactivated. Rhodit internal dashboards and tools are provided only to active clients and authorised personnel.

10. Fees, Payment, and Financial Terms

Commercial terms — including revenue share, fee structures, payout timing, minimum thresholds, chargebacks, and tax documentation — are set out in your Operating Agreement and supporting schedules, not on the public Site.

Unless your Operating Agreement states otherwise:

• platform earnings belong to you until Rhodit's agreed share is applied under the Operating Agreement;
• Rhodit may administer creator proceeds through designated business banking subject to reconciliation and reporting obligations described to you during onboarding; and
• you remain responsible for your own tax filings and regulatory compliance, even where Rhodit assists with reporting or documentation.

We may suspend payouts or services where we reasonably suspect fraud, platform clawback, chargeback exposure, material breach of these Terms or your Operating Agreement, or legal/regulatory requirement.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site, Rhodit name, logos, dashboards, internal tools, documentation, and other materials we create or license (excluding your content) are owned by Rhodit or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership interest in our Works except as expressly granted.

You retain all ownership rights in your content, brand, and pre-existing materials. You grant Rhodit a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content, name, likeness, and brand elements solely as necessary to perform services under your Operating Agreement — including posting, messaging in your authorised voice, and internal operational use.

Marketing strategies, playbooks, templates, analytics frameworks, and other operational materials developed by Rhodit for your account remain Rhodit's confidential intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, or disclose Rhodit proprietary methods to competing operators without consent.

You may print or download limited extracts from the Site for personal evaluation only. You must not scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the Site without our written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose;
• misrepresent your identity, experience, revenue, or rights to content;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, our systems, or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Rhodit or client accounts, data, or infrastructure;
• use our services to launder proceeds of crime, evade sanctions, or circumvent platform enforcement; or
• reverse engineer, copy, or build competing services from Rhodit confidential materials.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. OnlyFans and other creator platforms are independent third parties. Rhodit does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, payment decisions, or enforcement actions.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their terms. A platform suspension, payout hold, or policy change may affect our ability to perform services and does not automatically entitle you to compensation from Rhodit except as expressly stated in your Operating Agreement.

Any dealings you have with third-party advertisers, vendors, or fans found through linked services are solely between you and those parties.

14. Termination and Exit

You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination of creator operations services is governed by your Operating Agreement and these Terms.

Unless your Operating Agreement provides otherwise, upon termination:

• your platform account, content, and fan data remain yours;
• we will cooperate in a reasonable transition period to avoid dropped conversations and operational gaps;
• you will re-point platform banking and credentials as needed to resume self-management; and
• confidentiality, payment, indemnity, and dispute provisions that by nature should survive will continue in effect.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services immediately if you materially breach these Terms, your Operating Agreement, platform policy, or applicable law; if continued service would expose Rhodit to unacceptable legal or reputational risk; or if required by a platform, payment provider, or lawful authority.

15. Disclaimers

YOU USE THE SITE AND SERVICES AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, Rhodit does not warrant that:

• the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• our services will achieve any particular revenue, growth, or audience outcome;
• platforms will continue to permit any specific activity, payout method, or operational practice; or
• information on the Site is complete or current.

No oral or written statement by Rhodit personnel creates a warranty not expressly set out in a signed Operating Agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHODIT MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO RHODIT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rhodit Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• your content, conduct, or platform activity;
• your breach of these Terms or your Operating Agreement;
• your violation of law or third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• any dispute between you and a fan, platform, or other third party relating to your account,

except to the extent caused by Rhodit's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. This obligation survives termination.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, your use of the Site, and any non-contractual disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply where they cannot be waived.

Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree that the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

US arbitration (where permitted)

If you are located in the United States, you and Rhodit agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (except claims for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or unauthorised access) will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

You and Rhodit waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator may award relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's claim.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking provisional relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, DMCA policy, and any signed Operating Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rhodit regarding the Site and baseline services relationship, superseding prior understandings on those subjects.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Electronic communications from Rhodit relating to your enquiry, application, or account satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, where permitted by law.
