About the role

You will join Rhodit's chatter team and handle direct fan conversations on platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and Fanvue. This is not a call-centre job. You are writing in the creator's voice, building relationships over time, and turning attention into revenue through thoughtful conversation: PPV offers, customs, tips, and renewals.

Every message is human-written. Rhodit does not use undisclosed AI chat. You will be trained on each creator's tone, boundaries, and content catalogue before you go live on an account.

What you'll do

  • Respond to fan messages promptly and consistently across assigned shifts
  • Write in each creator's established voice: warm, direct, and commercially aware
  • Drive PPV, custom content, and tip revenue without hard-selling or breaking character
  • Tag conversations, log notes, and follow playbooks set by the account operator
  • Flag compliance issues, boundary concerns, or unusual fan behaviour to your lead
  • Participate in voice training and quality reviews during onboarding and ongoing ops

What we're looking for

  • Flawless written English: grammar, tone, and speed under volume
  • Minimum typing speed of 75 WPM
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or community management (creator-platform experience is a plus)
  • Comfort working with explicit adult content professionally and without discomfort
  • Reliability across scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends where needed
  • Discretion. You will see financial data, personal content, and fan correspondence
  • A calm temperament: fans can be demanding; you stay composed and on-brand

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally permitted to work in your jurisdiction.
